Interpretation

1. At gramlite.com, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 2,499. For orders below that, we charge a Rs.100 shipping fee.
2. Because each product process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.
3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 4-8 business days (depending on the distance). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to holidays or other situations.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
[notsobasik.com] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
GRAMLITE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You see your order packages are damaged please, do not accept and return the order shipment and contact us.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
